How dogs stay with us
Our care is designed around calm routines, individual attention, and enough space for every dog to rest.
Individual rest space
Every dog has access to their own calm resting space. We do not expect dogs to spend the whole day playing or interacting with other dogs.
One dog at a time on walks
We walk dogs individually so each dog has time to sniff, toilet, explore, and move at their own pace while receiving our full attention.
Other dogs may be present
Other dogs may be staying with us at the same time. We consider each dog’s personality, behaviour, comfort level, and needs before confirming a booking.
No forced interaction
Dogs are not automatically expected to play or socialise with each other. Interaction is only considered when we believe it is suitable and comfortable for the dogs involved.
If your dog needs a particularly quiet setup, separate space, or has specific needs around other dogs, please tell us in the booking request.

Day Care & Boarding Policy
Day care time
Day care can usually be booked between 06:30 and 22:30. If you need another drop-off or pick-up time, please contact us first and we can discuss whether it is possible.
Boarding fee
Boarding is charged by the number of nights booked.
Pick-up time for boarding
For boarding bookings, the agreed pick-up time is important because it affects our schedule and availability for other dogs.
Within 2 hours
If the pick-up time is within 2 hours after the original drop-off time, no extra fee applies.
More than 2 hours, under 8
If the pick-up time is more than 2 hours after the original drop-off time, but less than 8 hours later, a half day-care rate applies.
More than 8 hours
If the pick-up time is more than 8 hours after the original drop-off time, one full extra night rate applies.
Any special timing needs should be discussed before the booking is confirmed.
Booking & Cancellation Policy
Boarding booking policy
To confirm a boarding booking and reserve the dates, 20% of the total booking fee must be paid as a confirmation deposit.
The remaining 80% is paid on the pick-up date.
A boarding booking is not fully confirmed until the confirmation deposit has been received.
Boarding cancellation policy
If the booking is cancelled more than 3 days before the boarding start date, the 20% confirmation deposit will be fully refunded.
If the booking is cancelled within 3 days before the boarding start date, the 20% confirmation deposit is non-refundable.
This is because the reserved dates may no longer be available for other dogs once the booking has been held.
Dog day care booking policy
For one-time day care bookings, the full fee must be paid before the day care starts.
For regular weekly day care bookings, the fee is paid weekly. The full weekly fee must be paid before each week starts.
Dog day care cancellation policy
If a day care booking is cancelled more than 1 day before the booking starts, the full fee will be refunded.
If a day care booking is cancelled within 1 day before the booking starts, 50% of the fee will be refunded.
Same-day bookings
Same-day bookings may be accepted in emergency situations, depending on availability and whether the service is suitable for the dog.

Care policy
Health, illness & emergencies
To protect the dog in our care and other dogs staying with us, we ask owners to tell us about any relevant health needs before the booking begins.
Illness before arrival
Please contact us before drop-off if your dog develops symptoms of illness, such as vomiting, diarrhoea, coughing, unusual tiredness, fever, suspected infection, parasites, or other symptoms that may affect the dog or other dogs.
We may need to postpone or decline care if we believe the dog may be unwell or contagious.
Medication and care instructions
If your dog needs medication or a specific care routine, please provide clear written instructions before the stay. We will confirm whether we are able to provide the requested care before accepting the booking.
If a dog becomes ill during the stay
If a dog becomes unwell during their stay, we will contact the owner or emergency contact as soon as possible and keep the dog separated from other dogs when appropriate while the next steps are arranged.
Emergency
If we believe urgent veterinary attention may be needed, we will first try to contact the owner or emergency contact. If waiting could put the dog’s welfare at risk, appropriate urgent action may need to be taken.
Accurate information
Owners are responsible for providing accurate information about the dog’s health, medication, allergies, behaviour, and care needs before the booking.
Individual care needs
Some dogs arrive with their own routines or care instructions. We take time to understand the details provided by the owner and follow the agreed care routine during the stay.
